  • Postural and dynamic movement analysis to determine your starting point

  • Corrective exercise programming as indicated for muscle imbalances and/or motor control/coordination deficits

  • Program development specific to your goals and the results of movement analysis

LEVEL TWO TRAINING

  • Building upon level one or for new clients with more experience

  • Movement screen (more thorough analysis if indicated) with corrective exercise integration

  • Focus on increasing muscle endurance and stabilization as well as maximizing strength and muscular development

  • Also appropriate for cross training or increasing challenge for plateaus

LEVEL THREE TRAINING

  • Experienced exercisers who have hit a plateau or coming off an injury

  • Building upon skills of level one and two as well as the addition of power and agility training depending on your goals

  • Movement screen (more thorough analysis if indicated) with corrective exercise integration into workout sessions

  • Integration of varied dynamic and multi-planar movement
