Program development specific to your goals and the results of movement analysis
LEVEL TWO TRAINING
Building upon level one or for new clients with more experience
Movement screen (more thorough analysis if indicated) with corrective exercise integration
Focus on increasing muscle endurance and stabilization as well as maximizing strength and muscular development
Also appropriate for cross training or increasing challenge for plateaus
LEVEL THREE TRAINING
Experienced exercisers who have hit a plateau or coming off an injury
Building upon skills of level one and two as well as the addition of power and agility training depending on your goals
Movement screen (more thorough analysis if indicated) with corrective exercise integration into workout sessions
Integration of varied dynamic and multi-planar movement
