“Anne is a miracle worker”
Anne knows how to listen, motivate and teach like no one I have ever worked with before…
The workouts are not easy, but they are doable—and Anne creatively adapts as I need, with whatever equipment or time I have. I have not only benefited from greater strength but also higher confidence in myself. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
