  • Integration of corrective exercise programming if indicated from your assessment

  • One-on-one, personalized sessions (one hour each) and individualized plan for strength, cardiovascular, stability, balance, power and agility training at home (or wherever you exercise)

  • Detailed and thorough instruction on proper mechanics and form

Sessions provided in your home or there is the option of fitness studio spaces available in Belmont and near Barracks Road Shopping Center.
